Digital Products (Non-Refundable): This includes Little Phoenix: The Origin of Quiet Flame (digital version), emotional clarity journals, ritual guides, identity reclamation worksheets, Phoenix symbolism tools, digital workbooks, ritual cards, seasonal ceremonies (PDFs), emotional literacy worksheets for kids, parent guides, and any downloadable file. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital products are final sale.
🌿 2. Live Workshops (Refundable With Conditions): Refunds are allowed up to 48 hours before the event. No refunds after the event has started or after access is granted. If Quiet Phoenix Rising, Inc. cancels the event, customers receive a full refund.
🌙 3. Coaching or 1:1 Sessions (Refundable Before the First Session Only): Refunds are available before the first session is delivered. No refunds after a session has been completed. Rescheduling is allowed with notice.

No refunds once modules, videos, or downloads have been opened. If the program is canceled by Quiet Phoenix Rising, Inc., customers receive a refund.
